Browse events on the Events page, click the event you want, choose your ticket type and quantity, then complete payment. You will receive a booking confirmation with a QR ticket instantly in My Bookings.
Log in and go to My Bookings. All confirmed bookings are listed there with a QR ticket you can show at the venue.
Yes. Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the event are eligible for a refund. Go to My Bookings → Cancel or use the Refund section in your dashboard. Refunds are processed in 5–7 business days after admin approval.
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, and net banking via our secure Razorpay payment gateway.
First check your My Bookings page — it may already be there. If not, contact us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your payment screenshot and we will resolve it within 2 hours.
Sign up as an organiser, then use the Create Event flow to add your event details, venue, date, and ticket tiers. Once submitted, our team reviews and publishes it within 24 hours.
Use the Check-in tool from your organiser dashboard. Scan the attendee's QR code or search by booking ID to mark them as checked in.
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. CultureWave never stores your card or UPI details.

How to book a ticket
Find an event → select ticket type → enter your details → pay securely → get your QR ticket instantly in My Bookings.
Requesting a refund
Open My Bookings → tap Cancel → confirm via WhatsApp. Refunds take 5–7 business days after admin approval.
Creating an event
Go to Create Event → fill in details, venue, date, and ticket tiers → submit for review. Your event goes live within 24 hours.
Checking in attendees
Open the Check-in tool → scan the attendee's QR code or search by booking ID → mark as checked in with one tap.
Managing your account
Log in → go to My Profile to view bookings, update contact details, or log out securely from any device.
Staying updated
Check the Notifications tab in your dashboard for booking confirmations, event reminders, and updates from organisers.
